I went for another job interview ydae. The interview experience was horrible. When I was there, the manager who was supposed to interview me was couped up with some other stuff, hence she asked her subordinate to interview me instead. haha. Trust me, the whole interview ended up in a big mess, because that person didnt know how to conduct the interview properly. He simply asked me a few random questions and then 10mins later said i may take my leave. Most of the question asked were not even relevant. Oh well, i feel that the manager could have plan and manage her schedule in a more orderly manner so to prevent such clashes.. I mean I did my part well as an interviewee. Like getting to that place on time in my smart outfit, and with all the neccesary documents. I feel they should at least reciprocate my gesture in a little more deserving manner, no? It goes to show how much the company value their employees man. If they intend to ask me to go for their second round of interview, I will be so ready to turn them down. HA!
