This is a self reflection post regarding my yr 2009 resolutions..
1)Live to honour and glorify God by developing a closer relationship with God, and drawing people to Him at the same time as well (Resolution Achieved!) I would say there is an improvement to it as compared to yr 2008 after all the crazy events that occured. The passing away of my dad, for instance, really taught me to honour, glorify and draw people to God despite the situation. Especially when my non-christian came to visit my dad's wake. That gave me a good chance to share to them about Christ. 2)Do well in my studies, and hopefully by the grace of God, i can graduate with a degree in distinction end of this year. (Resolution Achieved!) Yay! All my hardwork is paid off in a well deserving manner! I am graduated and have been conferred with a bachelor degree of DISTINCTION. It wasn't easy with all the long nights mugging and zero social life during the peak period. But, I am glad I still made it through under God's provision. Thank God and to all those who had prayed. God bless ya all! 3)Complete a full marathon race within the timing set by standchart. (Resolution Achieved!) I managed to complete last year's sundown marathon with a timing of 6 hrs 37mins. It's my maiden full marathon. Thank God for instilling in me the sheer mind power and physical endurance to finish up the race. The experience gained was really one of a kind. Hope i can continue improve my timing with the coming full marathon in may. 4)Start a relationship with a God fearing lady. :D (Resolution Not yet Achieved)  The picture above speaks for itself.. no hurries though.. full patience and total trust in God's perfect timing! 5)Start taking the driving basic test. (Resolution Achieved!)I passed my basic and advance theory test already! Accomplished more than what i intended to.Amen! Hope to get my license befor next yr july though, so i don't have retake my advance theory again. =S |

Life has been pretty smooth for me nowadays. I have finally received my final result for WIL2, a DISTINCTION! With that, my complete final semester results are as shown below : Inernational Monetary Finance, High Distinction (89) Buyer Behaviour,Distiction (70) Managing Change, Credit (68) Work Interated Learning 2, Distinction (72) This means I am eligible to be conferred with a degree of distinction with average gpa 3/4! Hooray!" Thank God 7x7x7 times!!! thank those who cared and prayed too. May God bless you all even more in return!! Bless to be Blessed!! heh.. Employment seeking wise, i just went for an interview with JCO last week. Said some stuff i should'nt, but nvm.. if i don't get shortlisted for the second round, it is God's will. At least the honesty of my job perference is not compromised. Seriously man, I don't want to end up in a job with good salary, but shitty job scope and working hours. ha! Lets hope i get more interviews, and eventually secure a job that i truely like soon! Relationship wise. i suppose the bible verse, Psalm 37:4, speaks a great deal to me now..  "Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart." :) |
